Help! My First PC Build Is Shutting Down Immediately and Showing Weird Messages

I just completed my first PC build, and I'm facing a weird issue right on the initial boot. When I power it on, I see a message saying, "New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed." It prompts me to either reset fTPM or continue with the previous record, but before I can even decide, all my case fans ramp up to maximum speed and the whole system shuts down immediately. To give you some context, I did notice the CPU temps skyrocketing to 102°C just seconds after starting up, which definitely seems like a problem. I have 6 intake fans and 1 exhaust, and my case is currently open. Here are my specs: Asus ROG Strix X870E-E motherboard, AMD 9950X3D CPU, Gskill 6000 RAM (32GB), and a Lian Li edge platinum 1300w PSU. I've checked all the power connections and even reseated the RAM. I attempted a BIOS Flashback too, but nothing seems to change. What am I missing?

That message about fTPM is actually pretty common when installing a new CPU. You should just go ahead and press Y to reset it. If you're worried about data loss, I'd recommend checking your backups first, just in case you’ve got encryption set up. But honestly, just pushing Y usually resolves the issue for most.

I guess that makes sense, but I'm worried my system overheated too fast. I noticed the CPU temps shot up to 102°C in the BIOS. Any thoughts on why that happened? I have an open case with six fans!
