I need some urgent help! I have a new pre-assembled computer, and after shutting it down, I'm having issues with the graphics card. The card seemed to be working perfectly fine before, but now when I try to turn the computer back on, the fans on the graphics card won't spin at all. The LEDs on the card light up, but I'm not sure what the problem is. I need to access my data urgently, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried resetting the CMOS battery? It’s sometimes a good way to fix boot issues. Also, take out your RAM sticks and reseat them to see if that helps. It might be a simple fix!
Hey, it sounds like your GPU might have a zero RPM mode. This is where the fans don’t spin at low temperatures. If the GPU isn't warm enough, the fans won't kick in. You could try letting the computer run a bit to see if that changes anything.
I’m not sure, it’s an RTX 5070. Maybe I should just leave it on for a bit?
Yeah, that's probably it! Also, since you bought a prebuilt PC, don't forget that you have a warranty. If the issue persists, you might want to reach out to customer support for your system.
