I've run into a new issue with my computer where Windows 11 won't recognize my HDD at all. My SSD is working perfectly, but I really want to utilize my larger HDD. I've already tried switching it to a different SATA connector, but that didn't help. While this isn't the end of the world for my upgrade plans, it's definitely frustrating to have this problem after everything I've done.

Make sure you back up your data before making any changes like messing with BIOS settings or disk setups. Just to be safe! It's always good to keep your data secure when troubleshooting these types of issues.
Have you checked your motherboard manual? If you have an M.2 drive, some SATA ports might be disabled when it’s installed. If you're not using an M.2 drive, the HDD should definitely show up in BIOS unless there's a hardware issue like a failed drive or a problem with the cables. Double-check those connections!
I can confirm it shows up in BIOS, but it just won’t appear in Windows storage settings. What do you think could be causing that?
