I'm having a major issue with my HP laptop running Windows 11. It was working fine until I took it off charge, and while I was browsing the web, I suddenly got a blue screen that said there was an issue, and my computer needed to restart. After it finished the restart, the laptop just turned off and hasn't powered back on since. I waited for about 5 minutes but nothing happened. Now, when I hold the power button, the LED light turns white, but the laptop still won't boot up. I'm really worried and could use some help!

To analyze the blue screen crash, try to get dump files. If you can access Windows or Safe Mode, check the folder C:WindowsMinidump for any crash logs. You can zip the contents and upload them to a file sharing site. Multiple dump files help us understand the issue better!
It sounds like you may want to check your BIOS settings or disk setup, but be careful—these changes can sometimes lead to data loss. Before you do anything, make sure to back up your important files first. If you can, troubleshoot your laptop and explore our FAQ for more detailed help!
Overheating could be a problem if you’ve been keeping your laptop plugged in all the time. Try disconnecting the battery and check for any swelling or damage. Leave it disconnected for a few hours, then try turning it back on without the charger. If it still won’t boot, the RAM might be damaged due to overheating. You can also try accessing the BIOS by tapping F2, F12, or Delete when starting up.
I can't actually remove my battery, but I'm going to wait a bit and see if booting into the BIOS helps. If that doesn’t work, I'll update later. Thanks for the tips!
