Help! My Internet Stutters at Exactly 51 Minutes Past Every Hour

I've been struggling with a frustrating issue for the past six months: my internet connection stutters at the same exact time every hour, specifically when the clock hits 51 minutes past the hour. This problem happens consistently, which makes it even more puzzling. It's not a WiFi issue since all my other devices are working just fine on the same connection. My gaming PC, equipped with a WiFi antenna, shows full bars for the connection.

I've already tried disabling OneDrive and news widgets, adjusting the roaming aggressiveness on the WiFi adapter, and turning off smart channel optimization on my router, but nothing seems to help. I suspect that Windows 11 might be causing some kind of bandwidth throttling that I can't detect through Task Manager. My PC is relatively new with minimal programs installed, and I've kept my drivers updated. Has anyone else experienced a WiFi issue that occurs at such a specific time?

Have you checked the name of your WiFi adapter? You can find it by going to Windows Settings or by opening Device Manager and looking under Network Adapters. It should be one of the first three listings that includes "WiFi." That might give you a clue if there's an issue with the adapter itself.

My adapter is a Realtek 8852BE Wireless LAN WiFi 6 PCI-E NIC, and I’m using an Asus Prime B550M-A WiFi II motherboard.

If you're on a broadband cable connection, you might want to test your setup by connecting directly to your cable modem. This could help determine if the issue is due to interference on the cable network itself. I had a similar problem where someone on my street was turning on their cable TV incorrectly, which caused interference. It took some serious troubleshooting by my ISP to resolve it.
