Help! My iPad was stolen and my iPhone died – how can I access my iCloud video projects?

Hey everyone! My iPad was stolen about a month ago, and just last week, my iPhone took a turn for the worse and died on me. I have a bunch of video projects stored in my iCloud, and I was planning to log in to my iCloud account from a Windows computer to transfer those projects over to my Google Drive. However, iCloud wants to send a verification code to my stolen iPad. I removed the stolen device from my account, hoping it would let me log in without needing that verification. If I borrow a friend's iPad and link it to my account, will that let me bypass the verification for the stolen iPad? Alternatively, if I visit an Apple Store, do you think they could assist me with this?

Removing the iPad might not have been the best move since the thief could potentially use it now. However, you might still be able to access your account through your recovery email if you can remember the details. Just make sure to check that too!

Yeah, I know. I just felt accessing my projects was more urgent than worrying about the iPad. It wasn't that expensive, but losing my work is a bummer.
