I was using my iPad and it still showed 60% battery, but when I got home, it had completely turned off. I was shocked to find it at 0% when I tried to charge it. I've left it plugged in for a few minutes, but it still won't charge! I've tried everything: force restarting, resetting it, and even using different chargers. The real kicker is that I can only use it when it's plugged in, and as soon as I unplug it, it just shuts off. Plus, I got this message about battery health: 'This iPhone is unable to determine battery health. An Apple Authorized Service Provider can service the battery.' What should I do?

Have you tried using a different charging cable? Sometimes the issue isn't the charger but the cable itself. Make sure you check both!
Sounds like you're having a tough time! You might want to take it to a repair shop since you've already tried all the resets and different chargers. It could be a battery issue that needs professional help.
First off, how old is your iPad? It might help to know what model it is, too. If it's just 8 months old and an 11th-gen model, it shouldn't already be having battery problems.
