I'm having trouble with my iPhone 17 Pro. It's stuck on a screen that shows two iPhones close together, similar to what I've seen in a video about entering recovery mode. Whenever I try to boot it up, the Apple logo appears for a brief moment, then disappears, and it loops back to that two iPhones screen. This is a new issue for me, so I'm not sure what to do next. If anyone has any tips or if you need more information, just let me know!

It sounds like your phone is trying to enter recovery mode. Instead of connecting it via USB-C to your computer, try using another nearby iPhone or iPad to restore. You might have more success than with the direct connection. Just know that force restarting your phone might not help in this situation.
I managed to get mine into restore mode by plugging it into my Mac, and it’s currently updating. That might be worth a try!
Sounds like it did go into restore mode—great! Even if the update didn't go through initially, keep trying that option. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to fully resolve the issue.

I attempted that, but it didn’t work; the phone still went back to the two iPhones screen. I’ll give it another shot though.
