Help! My Laptop Can’t Connect to WiFi and Settings Have Disappeared

Hey everyone, I'm experiencing a frustrating issue where my laptop can't connect to WiFi. All the WiFi settings just vanished! I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps like restarting my laptop, reinstalling drivers, holding the power button for 60 seconds, and running the troubleshooter, but nothing seems to help. I noticed that my Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 has a yellow triangle icon next to it, indicating that the network adapter cannot start, but I have no clue why this is happening. Any advice would be super helpful!

It sounds like it might be a driver issue. Can you connect to the internet via Ethernet? If so, you can download the latest driver directly. If not, maybe you can find another computer to download it onto a USB stick? That's often the easiest fix.

Since this was working fine before, it might not just be the drivers. There's a chance your WiFi card could be dead. Have you checked the hardware? If it’s broken, replacing the card might be necessary.
