Help! My Laptop Crashes After Upgrading RAM

Hey everyone! I'm dealing with a frustrating issue after I upgraded the RAM on my Acer Nitro 5 which runs Windows 11. I swapped out the original 8GB for two new 8GB Gigastone sticks that match the speed, voltage, and type. Initially, everything seemed fine for about eight hours until I encountered a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). Afterwards, my laptop just kept crashing at random times without showing a BSOD—sometimes it just freezes and requires a hard shutdown, while other times I notice graphical glitches or audio issues. I've tried reseating the RAM multiple times, cleaned the ports, and ensured everything looks good. The motherboard supports up to 32GB, so I'm not worried about specs. I've run MEMTEST without issues, and stress tests haven't caused any crashes either. The Event Viewer hasn't shown any errors before these crashes. They seem to happen when gaming, idling, or even just watching YouTube. To troubleshoot, I've put the old RAM back in but I'm still lost on what to do next. I'm new to this tech stuff so any advice would be super helpful!

It sounds like your new RAM might not be fully compatible with your system. Have you confirmed that both the new sticks are recognized in the BIOS? Sometimes, the BIOS might need a quick update or a setting tweak for new RAM to work properly. It could be worth checking if there are any updates pending.
