I just updated my HP laptop (model 14-dk0008na) to Windows 11, and now it's completely frozen on the HP logo. Before the update, everything was working fine. I can't even access the BIOS or boot from USB to try a repair or safe mode. What can I do to fix this situation?

If you're able to access the BIOS but nothing works or just freezes, you might have limited options. Sometimes, a hard reset can help—try removing the battery (if it's removable) and disconnecting the power source, then hold the power button for about 15 seconds before reconnecting everything. But be careful; messing with BIOS settings can lead to data loss, so make sure you've got your backups sorted out before attempting anything drastic.
Sounds like you might be dealing with a failed BIOS update pushed through Windows. Try this: when you power up the laptop, repeatedly tap the ESC key right after hitting the power button to get to the BIOS. If that doesn't work, turn off the laptop, plug in the power cord, hold down the Windows and B keys together, then press the power button for a few seconds. After releasing the power button, keep holding the Windows and B keys until you hear beeping or see the BIOS update screen. Follow the prompts there for recovery.
