So, my laptop just randomly took me to the login screen and then went completely black. I could still see the time and the Windows watermark, but everything else was dark. I couldn't log back in, so I restarted it, and now there's this random song playing on a loop in the background, and I don't have any applications or windows open. I suspect it might be malware or something similar. I was using Canva right before this happened. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I have a Framework 13 laptop running Windows 11.

I did a full scan with Bitdefender, but it didn't find anything. Are there any other methods to find out what this could be? Also, if I do a clean install, will it keep my files? I'm kind of new to all this!
