Help! My Laptop is Displaying BSOD Errors and I Can’t Get Help

I'm experiencing some frustrating issues with my laptop, particularly a series of BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) errors. The current error I'm facing is 'CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED,' alongside a taskhostw.exe application error suggesting an I/O failure. I also encountered an 'UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION' error. My laptop model is a Storm BS I7 4050.

I've never exposed it to liquids or food. However, I'm a minor and unable to visit a technician because of where I live, and my dad won't let me touch it. It's been nearly two years since it got cleaned. I'm worried I might have inadvertently caused the problem, but I can assure you it hasn't been dropped or mishandled in any way. Additionally, there's a partition for dual-booting Kali Linux that has mysteriously disappeared, which happened after Linux was installed. Any advice on what to do?

To get a better handle on those BSOD errors, you should try to collect the dump files from your system. These are crash logs that can provide insight into what's causing the issue. You can usually find them in the C:WindowsMinidump directory. If you can boot into Windows normally or at least get into Safe Mode, check that folder for any dump files. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site like Catbox or MediaFire, since some others might not work well. Also, consider following a guide online to set your system to create small memory dumps in the future – that way, they won't overwrite each other. Just keep in mind, having multiple dump files is better for identifying the problem!

I’m a bit hesitant about uploading files because if it’s a hardware issue, I fear it might make things worse. The last time I turned it on, it gave the same error very quickly.
