Hey everyone! I'm facing a really strange issue with my laptop and I could use some help. Sometimes it starts typing random characters by itself, particularly starting with **BN...**. On top of that, the airplane mode turns on unexpectedly, the volume increases without me touching anything, and the Windows Magnifier opens randomly as if I've pressed Windows + "+".
Here's what I've tried so far:
- I've completely reset Windows.
- I disabled and even uninstalled the internal keyboard.
- I tested with an external USB keyboard, but the problem persists.
This behavior happens randomly; sometimes everything works fine, and other times it doesn't. Has anyone experienced something like this?
Just a note: I'm running Windows 11 on an HP laptop. Thanks a lot! 🙏

Also, just a heads up: Be careful when making changes to your system BIOS or disk settings—back up your data first! It can lead to data loss if things go wrong. If you're looking for more details, you might want to check out the FAQ section related to Windows 11 troubleshooting.
It sounds like you might have a faulty internal keyboard. Even though you disabled it, there could be a chance it wasn't done correctly. Double-check to make sure the internal keyboard is fully disabled. If it's still causing issues, you may need to consider getting a professional opinion or looking into other hardware problems.

I completely uninstalled the keyboard, so I'm pretty sure it's disabled, but I’ll check again just to be safe.
