Help! My Laptop Keeps Crashing on Startup

I'm having a frustrating issue with my HP Omen 16, which has a Ryzen 7 and an RTX 4060 with 8GB video memory and 16GB RAM. Every time I start it up, it hangs and crashes multiple times before finally booting up properly. The crashes happen inconsistently, some days worse than others. I'm seeing error messages like DPC Watchdog Violation, Video Internal Memory Management, and Driver Power State Failure. I've already updated all my drivers, including the NVIDIA driver, run a bit image clear, and performed an SFC scan. I've also updated the BIOS, but nothing seems to solve the problem. Any suggestions?

It would be really helpful if you could post the exact error messages or screenshots of the blue screens you're getting. Having them in the order they appear can make troubleshooting a lot easier!

Should I gather those from the Event Viewer or just take screenshots of the blue screen errors when they happen?

It sounds like you might have a memory issue since the crashes aren't consistent. Have you run any memory tests? They can help identify if there's a problem with your RAM.

What kind of memory test should I use? I attempted one using the command line, but I encountered crashes again after a restart.
