I'm having a really frustrating issue with my laptop. Every time I turn it on, it gets stuck on a screen that says 'Preparing Automatic Repair' and then prompts me for a BitLocker recovery key. I've tried entering the recovery key from my Microsoft account, but it still won't boot up. The problem started after I restarted my laptop to install some Windows updates. I can't reset the PC or uninstall any updates to fix this. I'm looking for any advice on what I should do next!

It sounds like the updates might have caused some driver issues. If you have access to a Windows installation USB, you could try uninstalling the updates from the advanced options menu. That might help you get things back on track.
If you're not seeing the BitLocker screen anymore and just getting the 'your device needs repair' message with error code 0xc000000f, it's possible that reinstalling Windows through a USB is your best bet. That way, you can get a fresh start.
