I've been having trouble with my laptop keys. At first, the Tab key stopped working, and now the arrow keys are also acting up. I've tried cleaning the keys, but they weren't particularly dirty. I've even reinstalled the drivers. I haven't dropped my laptop or anything, so I'm really confused about what's happening.

Have you checked if the arrow keys work in the BIOS? That could help narrow down the problem.
It sounds like you might have a damaged flat ribbon cable or a loose connection on the motherboard. This can happen sometimes, so it’s worth investigating.
How old is your laptop? If it’s not very old, you might be able to replace the keyboard yourself. If you’re not feeling up to it, taking it to a repair shop could be a good move. Also, seems unusual that the keys work sometimes and not others.
