I have a laptop where the keys X, C, V, and Z have stopped functioning as they should. Suddenly, X now reduces brightness, C opens the Windows menu, and Z acts like a double shift, while V seems to have taken on the role of a double alt. I've tried resetting my device completely, even wiped all files, but nothing changed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

Have you tried using a keyboard tester website like keyboard-tester.com? It might help you see if the keys are registering correctly or if something else is happening. It's a pretty handy tool!
Make sure you haven't accidentally activated the scroll lock or hit one of the keys on the side. That can mess with keyboard functions too.
Are you using a laptop keyboard? If so, sometimes a key can get accidentally locked or something might mess with the settings without you realizing it. Just double check!
