I'm facing a frustrating issue with my laptop where the screen keeps flickering. Today, I left it downloading a large game while I was out, and when I returned, the screen was flickering like crazy (check out this link to see what I mean: [screen](https://youtube.com/shorts/CPmcR2F7RqQ?si=Ap8ATonJiBrkZEWK)). I've tried a lot of troubleshooting steps including updating and reinstalling the graphics drivers for both the integrated and dedicated GPUs, uninstalling the game I was downloading, and even reinstalling Windows which wiped all my files. The flickering continues even in safe mode, so I'm totally at a loss here. Can anyone help me out?)

You might want to try lowering your display's refresh rate. Sometimes that can help with flickering issues. Did you have any luck after adjusting that?
Have you checked if your task manager flickers when you hit CTRL+ALT+DEL? It might help narrow down whether it's a software issue or something else.
If you can, try connecting your laptop to an external monitor. This will help determine if the problem lies with the laptop screen or if it's a software issue. I suspect it might be hardware-related since you've already reinstalled everything.
