Hey everyone, I've been having a pretty rough time with my laptop lately. While I was playing Star Rail, it suddenly crashed and gave me a blue screen. After I restarted it, it crashed again when I tried to play the game again. My laptop was plugged in during all this, but it's now stuck on a low charge and refuses to charge properly. The charger seems fine—I can still see the LED light showing it's connected. I've tried restarting and refreshing the laptop multiple times, but it's still super sluggish. I can't even type without a delay, and sometimes it doesn't register my keystrokes at all. The battery indicator says I have 725 hours left on 22% while plugged in, but it just drains when I'm not connected. I suspect it might be related to the graphics card or something similar. If anyone could help me troubleshoot this, I'd really appreciate it! I can't afford a new laptop right now.

First things first, you might want to check for any dump files related to the blue screen errors. If you can access Windows, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash logs. If you find some, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site so we can diagnose the issue better. Having those logs will really help in determining what's causing the blue screens. If you're having trouble, there are guides online on how to set the dump type to Small Memory Dump. That can also help get us the info we need!
I uploaded the dump files here: [mediafire link]. Hope this helps!
