Hey everyone, my laptop's default microphone suddenly stopped functioning while the microphones on my Bluetooth devices are working just fine. I've already tried a few things to fix it:
1. Adjusting settings in the sound and recording section.
2. Ensuring that my sound services are running.
3. Checking for driver updates, and they are all up to date.
It was working perfectly just a few days ago. Any ideas on what to do next?

If you've already done updates, it might be worth checking your privacy settings. Sometimes apps can disable the mic access without you realizing it. Go into your settings and make sure apps are allowed to use the microphone.
Have you tried unplugging any external devices? Sometimes, it'll default to those instead of the internal mic. Also, consider running the sound troubleshooter in your system settings; it can sometimes identify and fix issues automatically.
