Help! My laptop’s WiFi and Bluetooth keep failing

I've been having a really annoying issue with my ASUS VivoBook X571LH laptop—specifically, the WiFi and Bluetooth just randomly stop working every few days. Today, it even crashed while I was watching a YouTube video. I've tried everything, including reinstalling drivers and resetting the laptop, but the problems keep coming back. The device manager shows some errors, like an unknown device and issues with the Intel AX201 160MHz adapter, NVVHCI enumerator, and an unknown USB device, all marked with an exclamation point. This laptop is about three years old. Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do?

You might want to check the RAM first—sometimes bad memory can cause random crashes and hardware issues. Also, make sure to download the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website for your specific laptop model, as that can solve a lot of driver-related headaches.

What do you mean by checking the RAM? How do I do that?

I tried that, but Asus doesn't seem to provide the drivers for my model.
