I recently installed an AIO cooler and connected all the LED fans, but they're not syncing in color. Plus, the LEDs on the AIO cooler aren't lighting up at all. I'm not sure what the issue could be—any suggestions?

First, you should double-check how everything is connected. Ensure that all the cables are firmly plugged in and that you're using the correct headers for your fans and pump. Also, what software are you using to control the LEDs? Some motherboards have specific software for LED control that might be necessary for syncing them.
I'm using a GIGABYTE H610M H V2 motherboard, but I don't know what software to use. I've connected all the 3-pin connectors together and plugged them into the PSU, but still no luck.
