Hey everyone! I just got a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11, and I'm having trouble with the camera. No matter what I do—resetting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it, and even reinstalling the driver through Device Manager—the camera just won't work. Sometimes it shows an error code (0xA00F429F <WindowShowFailed> (0x800706BE)) when I try to open the app, other times it just stays stuck on the logo and settings icon. If anyone has any tips, I'd really appreciate the help!

Have you tried going directly to Lenovo's support page? You can enter your laptop's model number and download the latest camera drivers from there. It might help solve the issue if the current driver is outdated.
If you find the model number on the back of your laptop, I can help you locate the right support page for drivers. It’s usually pretty straightforward once you have that information.
I think it’s V15 O2 IJL. Can you help me out?
First off, check the Device Manager for the camera driver. A screenshot might help diagnose the issue better. If you can share that, we could get more specifics. Sometimes, the driver might be buggy and needs updating.
Sure! Here’s a picture of the camera driver I found. I'm sending the Event tab in a follow-up since I can only post one image at a time.
Great! Just make sure you share both, and we’ll take it from there.
I’m not sure where to find the support/drivers page. Could you guide me?
