I've been struggling with my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 for almost a year now. The screen frequently goes black and the laptop freezes, even before I can log in. I've tried the Shift + Ctrl + Windows + B method over 50 times without much luck—sometimes it works for a short moment, but usually, I end up having to power off and on again. The laptop also randomly restarts during use, and when it freezes, I can't even use Ctrl + Alt + Delete or move the mouse. I really need some help figuring out what to do about this persistent issue!

If those don’t work and your laptop is still under warranty, consider contacting Lenovo support. It might be a good idea to let them handle it if it's hardware-related, especially if it's been ongoing for so long.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a serious hardware issue. Have you checked if the laptop's vents are blocked or if it’s overheating? Sometimes, a build-up of dust can cause freezing as well. Also, try running a hardware diagnostic if you can access it before it freezes again.
Before you go the hardware route, make sure your drivers are updated. Sometimes, display drivers can cause these kinds of problems. You can go to the Lenovo website and download the latest drivers for your model.
