Help! My Lenovo Laptop Says No Audio Device Installed

This morning, my Lenovo laptop started saying "no audio device installed" out of nowhere. Last night, I uninstalled a Windows update because it was causing some bugs, and I thought that might fix the problem. I reinstalled the update, but I'm still seeing the same message. I've checked the device manager and noticed that Realtek audio is listed under hidden devices. I tried uninstalling it and then rebooting, but nothing changed. I'm pretty new to PCs, so I'm feeling a bit stuck. Can someone help me out?

You might want to visit the Lenovo support website, find your specific laptop model, and download the latest driver package directly. I had to do that for a different computer brand in the past when similar issues arose. Removing the drivers through device manager didn't solve it for me either.

Tried everything on Lenovo's official site and still nothing's working.

Have you checked for optional updates in the Windows Update section? Sometimes they include audio drivers that you can install. If you're still having trouble afterwards, trying out the Windows Update MiniTool might help push the audio updates through.

Nope, that didn't help either.
