Help! My Microsoft Surface 4 Won’t Connect to WiFi

I'm having trouble with my Microsoft Surface 4. It shows that I'm not connected to WiFi. Whenever I try to connect by clicking on the WiFi icon, it shows a blue loading circle that then just disappears. I also tried going to the settings to troubleshoot, but the settings screen pops up and then immediately closes back to the Home Screen. What can I do to fix this?

Check the Event Viewer for error logs; that can give you clues about what's wrong. Just look for anything that seems out of place.

Have you tried running the 'sfc /scannow' command in an admin command prompt? It might help fix some system files that are causing the issue.

Make sure to restart your Surface. It's a basic step, but sometimes that's all it takes to clear out the issue.

If you've restarted it multiple times and that hasn't worked, I suggest looking for specific error messages in the Event Viewer. It might seem confusing, but you can always share screenshots for help!
