I recently switched my Windows 11 to safe mode by enabling the "safe boot" option in the system configuration settings. However, after the restart, my monitor isn't detecting any signal from my computer. It keeps displaying a message saying "No signal, entering power saving mode shortly". I've tried a bunch of common troubleshooting steps I found online, such as checking cable connections, testing all available ports (both on the motherboard and GPU), attempting to force recovery by unplugging the power, and even pressing Win+Ctrl+Shift+B to reset the display. The frustrating part is my monitor can detect when I switch to the wrong input but still shows no signal when I select the correct one. Can anyone help me resolve this?

It sounds like your system is loading default display drivers in safe mode, which might not be compatible with your graphics card for dual displays. There’s an option in safe mode to load different drivers, so that’s worth a shot. But since you mentioned you only have one monitor, it's possible it isn't detecting that at all.
