Hey everyone! I'm not super knowledgeable about hardware or graphics drivers, so I could really use your help. I recently got a new PC with a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, and I use it with two monitors: a new Alienware and an older Dell. Today, my Dell monitor suddenly went black while I was working. I checked the Nvidia app and saw there was a new driver update available, so I started installing it. But then my Alienware monitor went black too. After a few minutes, I had to force restart my PC. Now, the Alienware monitor turns on but just shows a loading screen. I can hear Windows booting, but I can't get to the login screen. Both monitors and cables work fine with my laptop, so they're not the issue. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks for your help!

It sounds like a bios update might help! You should try updating your motherboard bios first. If that doesn’t work, you can use a tool called DDU to completely uninstall your GPU drivers and then reinstall them. Alternatively, consider rolling back to a previous driver version that was stable for you.
