I'm having a frustrating issue with my mouse stuttering and jittering every few minutes, and I can't seem to pinpoint the problem. I've done a clean reinstall of Windows using a USB drive, but that didn't change anything. I first thought it was the mousepad, so I rotated it since it's a long one, but it didn't help. I also tried the mouse on my tablecloth, but the jittering persists.
I have two identical mice, and both exhibit the same issues, with one even failing to register clicks at times. I'm currently using a 2.4GHz receiver, and I've tried switching from USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 ports, but it made no difference. This happens regardless of whether I'm using the ports on the back of my motherboard or the front panel.
Interestingly, I also have other devices like a keyboard and speakers connected via 2.4GHz in the back, and they haven't caused any issues, even after six months of use. I did clean out my PC recently, and while that seemed fine, I wonder if I could have inadvertently caused an ESD issue. I took care not to touch the motherboard while cleaning.
I'm at a loss because wired mode seems to work without stuttering. I've even lowered the polling rate of the mouse from 1000Hz to 500Hz, which helped a bit, but there's still some jitter every five minutes. When I tested the same mouse on a spare laptop, it appeared to lag as well, but I'm unsure due to the laptop's lower refresh rate.
I also tried extending the USB receiver closer to the back IO with a cable, but the jittering remained. I'm really confused since everything worked perfectly until recently. Can anyone help me figure this out?

It sounds like you've covered a lot of ground already. From what you've described, it seems like the jittering might not be a mouse or even a software issue but rather interference from other devices, especially since it works fine on a different computer. Try moving your mouse receiver a little further away from the PC using a USB extension cable. Also, see if disabling any 2.4GHz devices, like Wi-Fi, helps. Sometimes, USB 3.0 ports can interfere with wireless signals, so switching to USB 2.0 could make a difference too. Let me know if you try that!
This definitely sounds like a signal interference problem. I dealt with a similar issue where my wireless keyboard would stutter if it was too close to my router. I don't think I installed anything right when this started. I checked Redragon's site for my SABER M922 PRO, but it only has the app, no specific driver. Both of my mice have the same jitter issue.
