Help! My New 5070 Ti Screen Goes Black and Fans Go Crazy – Driver Issue?

Hey everyone! I just built a new PC with a 5070 Ti over the weekend, and I'm running into a problem that I think might be related to a known Nvidia driver bug. My screen randomly goes black, and the GPU fans spin up to 100%. This issue started after I installed Nvidia driver version 576.52, and everything was working fine before that update. I checked all the power connections to the graphics card, but the problem persists. Is there anyone with a 5000 series card who can recommend a stable driver version without these issues? Here are my build specs: CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D, MB: ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI, RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB, GPU: Asus Prime 5070 Ti, Power Supply: EVGA SuperNova 1000 W.

I'm having the same and sounds similar to above. Seems only solution is RMA and replace, if your PSU is working fine.

It sounds like a frustrating issue! Just a heads-up, it might not just be the driver. I’ve seen similar problems tied to a failing graphics card, even if it’s brand new. Keep an eye on it!

If it could be a bad GPU, what should I check or do next to troubleshoot?
