I recently started working on a new build and bought a B850 Gaming WiFi 6E motherboard. However, I didn't realize how high the PCIe slot is, and now I'm stuck. It seems like my options are to get a new motherboard with a lower PCIe slot or to mount the GPU vertically. Can anyone recommend a good motherboard for my setup? That’s a bummer! It’s weird that the case doesn’t allow fitting there. Changing the motherboard or getting a different case seems necessary. I suggest checking out motherboards with a PCIe slot that's lower to fit under that standoff.

Yeah, I'd go with the vertical riser if you want to keep this motherboard. It opens up more options without the hassle of changing cases or motherboards.
