I recently bought a pre-built computer, but since I got it, I've been having huge issues. It keeps disconnecting from the internet and says there's no connection. Occasionally, it crashes with a message saying my computer ran into a problem and needs to restart, showing a stop code. I looked it up, and it seems like it's related to my internet driver. I updated the driver, but that didn't fix it. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, and even did a factory reset, but to no avail. I've seen different stop codes like 'kernel mode heap corruption' and 'page fault in non-page area.' I'm considering replacing it, but I'd really like to troubleshoot and fix the problem first. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Also, does your computer have a 10Gb Ethernet port? Make sure Windows is fully updated. There was a recent update that caused many issues, and the emergency fix should address these. Just something to consider while troubleshooting.
Just curious, how did you factory reset your PC? If you didn't use the proper method, it might not have reset some settings that could help fix the issue.
I used the Home Screen to press shift and then reset the PC. It led me to Windows Recovery, then I clicked on troubleshooting and selected 'Reset this PC.' Does that sound right?
Don't forget you have a warranty on this. You could definitely try fixing it yourself, but it might be a good idea to consider returning it if troubleshooting doesn't work. That could save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
It could be a graphics driver problem as well. Are you playing any games that require secure boot? To check your RAM, try running the memory diagnostic tool: open CMD as admin and type 'mdsched.exe'. If you’re unsure, just search for CMD in your taskbar, right-click, and choose 'Run as administrator.' Then, follow the prompts to restart and check for problems.
I mostly play games like Minecraft, Terraria, and a few others, but nothing that intensive that requires secure boot.
It sounds like you might have a faulty driver or possibly bad RAM. Since you've already done several updates and resets, this could point to the hardware being an issue. I'd suggest checking your RAM first because the stop codes you mentioned often relate to memory errors.

I’m not using Ethernet; instead, it came with a setup that has two wires with gold ends that I connect to the back of the computer.
