I'm having a problem with my new computer. When I turn it on, it goes to the Republic of Gamers screen for just a second and then switches to a command prompt screen. The weird part is that the screen is blank, and I can't type anything in it. I'm not great with tech, so I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out!

It sounds like your computer isn't recognizing a proper boot device. You can try hitting the 'Delete' key while it boots up to enter the BIOS settings. From there, make sure you select the correct boot device. If you have a USB with Windows installation media, make sure that’s set up as a boot option!
Unfortunately, hitting 'Delete' didn't work for me.
Is the command prompt screen completely black? Or is there something else going on? It’s important to know what you’re seeing before we can help you further!
It's not entirely black; there's a flashing underscore at the top left corner, suggesting I might be able to type something, but nothing happens.
Thanks! I actually have a USB where I downloaded Windows 11 a couple of weeks back, so I’ll look for it and give it another shot.
