Hi everyone! This is my first attempt at building a PC from scratch, so I'm a bit lost. When I power on my build, the RGB lights and all the case fans start spinning, but there's no LED indicator on the motherboard to show that it detects the GPU. I've plugged in all the PCIe cables to the GPU and it's installed in the top PCIe slot. The monitor is connected directly to the GPU, but I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times. Am I missing something?
Also, I just noticed that the monitor briefly turns on before losing connection and powering down, which might change things.
I even tried booting without the GPU because the CPU has integrated graphics, but I'm running into the same issue. I'm really unsure what the problem could be now.

Sounds like first build jitters! Make sure your power supply has enough wattage for the GPU and check that the PCIe power cables are properly connected—both to the GPU and the PSU. I once thought my rig was toast because of that. Hope this helps!
Hey, don’t forget to give us your full PC specs and maybe some photos! That can help a lot in diagnosing the issue. Based on what you've said, everything should be working properly.
Ugh, I didn’t think to include specs! But everything is good now, I realized I put the RAM in the wrong slots. It’s working great now, thanks!

Thanks for the tip! I double-checked, and I thought they were secure, but I might have missed it. I’ll try that next.
