Help! My New PC Build Won’t Post

I'm having a tough time getting my new PC build to post. It's for my mother and includes a Gigabyte B650M D3HP motherboard, Ryzen 7600x processor, and 2x16 Corsair Vengeance RAM running at 4800MHz. I've also got a 9060XT GPU, but I don't think that's causing the issue. I've already tried multiple parts—this is the second CPU, RAM set, and motherboard I've used. I've reseated the RAM, tested it in every slot, used both the dedicated GPU and iGPU, changed out cables, used different monitors, updated the BIOS, and reset the CMOS. My own build worked like a charm on the first try, so this one's especially frustrating! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My suggestion is to check if your power supply is strong enough for all the components. As simple as it sounds, make sure it’s properly rated for your hardware. Also, double-check that all cables are snugly connected on both ends.

Have you checked for any bent pins on the CPU socket of the motherboard? Sometimes that can cause a boot failure.

No bent pins. I checked that carefully before installing the CPU, especially since that was the problem with the first motherboard.

When you hit the power button, does anything happen at all? Like, do fans spin up or lights turn on?

I tried shorting the power pins, and the PSU fan spins up, plus the AIO lights come on. When I boot it without RAM, it beeps at me, so I know it’s working. I initially thought it might be a RAM issue, but I've spent hours troubleshooting.

First, make sure that your RAM is compatible with the motherboard. Here are some compatible models:
- CMH32GX5M2E6000Z36W
- CMH32GX5M2E6000Z36K
- CMK32GX5M2B6000Z40
If the RAM is compatible but you’ve swapped parts, you might be having issues due to incorrect assembly. Check to see if everything is plugged in properly.

I've double and triple-checked everything. The 8-pin power, 24-pin power, AIO pump, and all fans are connected as they should be.
