Help! My New PC is Freezing and I Don’t Know What to Do

Hey everyone, I recently got a new PC built by a local company since I have no clue how to build one myself. After setting it up and downloading Opera GX, the computer just turns off randomly. It struggles to boot up consistently. When I took it back to the shop, they mentioned some issues with using both RAM sticks, but it seemed to work fine with just one. Now that I have it back, it only stays on for about two minutes before freezing, and I was just using Task Manager and Opera GX during that time, which said I was only using 50% of my memory. I'm looking for some help because I really don't want to go back to that same place for repairs.

If your brand-new PC is acting up, honestly, you should consider returning it for repairs, especially if it's under warranty. Companies usually have to deal with faulty builds. You've given them a chance, but it's concerning that they're not getting it right.

I wish I could, but I bought the parts separately and had them put together there. They seem just as clueless as I am, so I'm not very confident about taking it back.
