Help! My New PC Keeps Freezing After a Few Minutes

I just got a new PC built by a local company since I have no experience building one myself. After starting it up and installing Opera GX, the computer shut down on its own without any input from me. Now it has trouble starting up reliably. The shop mentioned it had issues with both RAM sticks but worked fine with just one. After getting it back, it only stays on for about two minutes before freezing, even when I was only running Task Manager and Opera GX, and it showed 50% memory usage. I'm looking for some guidance, as I really don't want to take it back to the same shop again.

If your brand-new PC is having issues, you might want to consider returning it or at least seeking help from another professional. It's frustrating, but the shop you got it from needs to take responsibility, especially if they built it incorrectly. If you're feeling stuck, look for a different local tech support service that might be able to diagnose the problem more effectively.

I can't get a refund since I bought separate parts and had the company assemble it. They didn’t seem too confident either; I’m really considering finding someone else who can help me out.
