Hi there! I'm pretty new to PCs, so forgive me if I mess up the terms! I recently bought a prebuilt PC online, and it worked just fine for a few hours. After powering it off to rearrange some cables, I plugged it back in only to be greeted by a blue screen with error code 0xc000000e. When I try to hit F1 for the recovery environment, the screen just goes black for a moment before returning to the blue screen again. I attempted to create a Windows 11 installer USB, but it doesn't appear on the boot menu, which has made it tough to reinstall on my own. The company's support team just suggested I power it off and on again, which wasn't helpful. Any advice you have would really help me out, thanks a lot!

To really analyze that BSOD error, we need to check for crash log files, called dump files. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, look for those files in C:WindowsMinidump. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site like mediafire or catbox.moe. Having a few of those logs can help pinpoint the issue better!
First off, make sure you back up any important data before attempting changes, just in case things go south. As for troubleshooting, it sounds like the blue screen error could be related to the boot configuration. Try checking your BIOS settings to ensure everything is setup correctly. If you've got access to a Windows recovery USB, you might want to adjust the boot order there. If not, you may need to consult more detailed Windows support articles online.
What are the specs of your new system? That info can help figure out if there might be compatibility issues or if it's a hardware problem. If you could share exactly what you have, that would be super helpful!

I got it straight from Amazon! Here are the specs: RTX 5070 Ti, AMD Ryzen 7 9700X (8-Core, 3.8 GHz), 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB PCIe + 4TB SATA SSD, WiFi + Bluetooth, 850W PSU, Windows 11 Pro. Let me know if you need more info!
