Hey everyone! I'm managing a WHM/cPanel server that hosts around 13 domains. One of these domains, smith.me, is my personal email address ([email protected]). The issue I'm facing is that SpamAssassin keeps flagging nearly all my outgoing emails as SPAM. I'm seeing high scores, around 10, with issues like DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX, FSL_BULK_SIG, KAM_DMARC_NONE, and others. I adjusted my outgoing score limit through WHM to 8, while the logs suggest it only needs a score of 5. I believe my SPF and DMARC settings are correct, but this whole situation is seriously frustrating! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your SPF settings might not be configured correctly. Those error messages are a red flag for that. You might want to double-check your DNS settings to ensure everything's pointing right.
I always say, whenever I change DKIM or SPF, I make sure to send a test email to confirm that everything is working. It’s a good rule of thumb if you're troubleshooting.
Nice link you shared! After testing, everything seems to pass. But I’m still confused: Roundcube sends fine, yet Outlook gives me the SPAM issues. What’s going on?
This might not be a specific support forum, but using your domain smith.me, there are definitely some setup issues affecting email deliverability. Just a heads up!
Haha, don’t worry! That’s not my real domain! But appreciate the concern!

Thanks for the tip! I ran an SPF check on mxtoolbox, and it seems fine. I did notice an interesting detail though: emails sent from Roundcube work perfectly, but those sent from Outlook on my PC get flagged as SPAM.
