Hey everyone, I could use some help! I've built a new PC and it's been running fine for the past couple of months, but today both my Ethernet and WiFi stopped working. Here are my specs: ASUS TUF B850 plus WiFi, Gigabyte 5080 Gaming OC, and a 9800x3D. I've checked my environment and confirmed that my phone connects to the WiFi just fine, so I don't think it's a router issue. I even tried using my phone's hotspot to connect but no luck there either. Does anyone have tips on how to troubleshoot this? It's strange to have both Ethernet and WiFi fail simultaneously. If anyone else is using the same motherboard and has faced similar issues, I'd love to hear from you!

I had a similar situation with the same motherboard, and I found that I was missing some drivers. Try checking what chip your motherboard has and then download the latest drivers from Realtek on another device. Transfer those to your PC. It might help! Oh, and did a Windows 11 update happen for you recently? That could have caused the issues for me.

I'll check if there was a Windows 11 update, but I wanted to ask, did you notice your drivers were missing in the Device Manager? Mine still show up there, although they might be outdated. I might need to get the newest ones as well. Also, have you looked into the BIOS settings? I'm hoping this isn't a hardware issue!
