I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC, which is less than a year old. It suddenly stopped connecting to my WiFi, even though it connects without problems to my phone's mobile hotspot. The PC shows that it's connected to the WiFi but says there's 'No Internet' and the same goes for the Ethernet connection. I've tried every fix I found on YouTube and even the built-in Windows troubleshooting tool, but nothing seems to work. My IPConfig shows there's no gateway connection, which might be a clue. I just did a factory reset this morning, so I'm worried it could be a hardware issue. I'm open to any thoughts or ideas to fix this, as I'll try just about anything!

It sounds like you might want to check your router settings. Sometimes the device can be blocked from the router. You can access the router console by entering your router's IP into a web browser. Once there, look for any device management options to see if your PC is appearing there.
Have you tried opening the command prompt and running "ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew"? After that, reboot your PC and see if that helps.
I tried those commands but it didn't work for me.
Have you tried power cycling your modem and router? Unplug them for about 3 minutes, then plug them back in. Sometimes, a firmware update on your router can also resolve these connection issues. Don't forget to try the flushdns while you're at it.
I can't remember if flushdns was part of my commands. I'll try it again.
Another thing to try would be resetting your network settings. In Command Prompt, run these commands: netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, and finally ipconfig /flushdns. After running these, reboot your PC as well.
I've done those commands, but I don't think I included the flushdns part. I'll give it another shot.
I tried those steps again, but still no luck.

Is the router console just the webpage that pops up when I enter my IP address?
