I was enjoying a session of Cyberpunk when my PC suddenly crashed. Now, when I try to turn it on, all I see is a black screen with my mouse pointer stuck in a loading state. I can access the BIOS, but I'm not too sure what to do from here. Any advice?

Just a tip for future posts: it's always good to use more descriptive titles that summarize the problem. It helps people give better advice!
If you can get into the BIOS, try navigating to the command prompt from there and perform a system restore. It could help get your system back to a previous stable state.
When you’re stuck on that black screen with the cursor, try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete. If Task Manager opens up, go to the File menu, choose ‘Run new task’, type in cmd.exe, and hit enter. Then in the command prompt, type ‘sfc /scannow’ and see if that resolves the issue.
Another option is to remove the CMOS battery from your motherboard and then reseat it. This can help reset some settings that might be causing the issue.
