Hey everyone, I'm dealing with a pretty severe Trojan on my PC. I've tried to get rid of it, but the same file keeps popping up every time I start my computer. I attempted to do a full reset and remove everything, but when I clicked to remove everything, I got an error saying it couldn't find the recovery environment. I also checked with the command prompt and found that when I typed 'reagentc /info', it said access denied. Any suggestions on how I can effectively reset my PC and clear this Trojan?

You're not alone in this; the factory reset feature can be pretty unreliable. It's usually better to do a clean install instead. It might seem like extra work, but it'll give you a fresh system without the mess from that Trojan. Just back up your important files before you start!

Thanks for the advice! What software do you recommend for doing a clean install?
