I recently got my first PC and wanted to customize the colors of my RGB fans, so I tried using SignalRGB. I got confused and uninstalled it after just five minutes. However, it warned me about something linked to the components in my PC before I could fully uninstall it. I went ahead with the uninstallation anyway, and since the RGB fans changed color, I rebooted my computer. But then, I was hit with a message saying, "Recovery, PC/device needs to be repaired." I decided to reinstall Windows 11, but now my computer is really slow when opening apps, and I can't adjust the refresh rate or resolution. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to work. Any advice?

It sounds like you might not have done a fresh install of Windows. When you reinstall, it's best to wipe all partitions and start from scratch to prevent old issues from lingering. Check your installation method; you can usually find an option to do this in the installation settings. Let me know if you need more help!
Thanks for the tip! I think I might have just done a repair install instead of a full wipe. Can you point me to a guide on how to do a clean install?
