Help! My PC is Crashing with Blue Screens and Program Errors

Lately, my Windows 11 PC has been really glitchy. It started with STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors popping up in Chrome, then my programs began to crash—including Chrome, CLIP STUDIO, and even some games. Just a few days ago, I experienced a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), and I encountered another one today. I've checked the reliability history, which shows various errors like issues with the Nvidia container and the Antimalware service. I even tried running a full scan, but it stops about a third of the way through. I downloaded Windows' debugger and peeked at the minidump, but I'm not really sure what to make of it aside from a FAULTING_THREAD error. I've uploaded both BSOD dumps here: [https://www.mediafire.com/folder/dfuw5r2b0tq4r/Dumps](https://www.mediafire.com/folder/dfuw5r2b0tq4r/Dumps). I'm really hoping someone can help me figure this out!

It sounds like there could be some serious issues with your RAM or CPU. The dump files often point to memory problems, and while memory usually means RAM, it could also relate to your storage. A good first step would be to test your RAM by running your PC with one stick at a time to isolate if one is faulty. Also, ensure nothing is overclocked, as that can lead to stability issues. Since you mentioned having a 14th gen Intel CPU, just a heads up: there’s been a known voltage problem that caused these CPUs to degrade, so make sure to update your BIOS to prevent potential frying down the line!

Thank you so much for the advice! I’ll definitely test the RAM. Also, sorry for the newbie question, but how do I update the BIOS?
