I was just using my PC when suddenly I got hit with the blue screen of death! The error message says 'Process Initialization failed,' and I'm not really sure what steps to take next. I've tried doing a system repair and booting into Safe Mode, but every time I attempt that, I get hit with the blue screen again. What should I do to fix this?

It sounds like you might need to get some crash dump files from your PC to better diagnose the problem. If you can manage to access Windows at all (even in Safe Mode), check for any files in the C:WindowsMinidump folder. If you find any dump files, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site so we can help analyze them. If you only have one dump file or none, you could follow a guide to change your dump settings to Small Memory Dump so you can get more useful logs in the future.
I’ve had similar issues before! Have you noticed anything else weird happening on your PC? For example, my icons weren't showing up on the taskbar either when I had problems like this. Sometimes it helps to reset some display settings or just check for graphic driver updates if you're able to get into Windows.
If your PC is shutting down when you press the Windows key, that’s definitely not normal! You might want to try resetting your keyboard settings or checking if any keys are stuck. Also, if your settings menu is completely bricked and won't let you reset your PC, have you thought about creating a bootable USB with Windows installation files? It might give you a clean slate to work from.
