I accidentally interrupted a Windows update, and now my PC is stuck on an infinite loading screen. I can't access the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), or maybe I'm just not doing it right. What can I do to fix this issue?

Interrupting a Windows update can lead to a corrupted installation. Unfortunately, it sounds like you might need to reinstall Windows. Just a heads up, that'll wipe your data, so be prepared for that.
To reinstall the OS, you’ll need a bootable USB with Windows installation files. You can create one using another computer. Once you have that, boot from the USB and follow the prompts to reinstall Windows.
Just make sure to back up any files you don't want to lose if you get to access a file recovery tool before reinstalling.
Thanks for the tips! How exactly do I create that bootable USB?
Yeah, if your OS is corrupted, the best solution is to just reinstall it. But first, you might want to try a few recovery options. If you can access WinRE, you could try a startup repair. If not, a full reinstall is probably your best bet.
You can use the Windows Media Creation Tool for that! Just download it from the Microsoft website, and it'll guide you through the steps to make a bootable USB.
