I put my PC into sleep mode for a little while, and when I tried to wake it up, nothing happened. I've moved my mouse and pressed several keys on my keyboard, but it's still unresponsive. I tried the Shift + Ctrl + Windows + B trick, but that didn't work either. The power button doesn't help; I'm still just staring at a black screen. I'm really stressed out because I had Clip Studio Paint open, and I don't want to lose my work!

Yeah, sleep mode can be super buggy sometimes. You might need to do a hard reset. I feel for you about the files, though! Always good to remember to save regularly to avoid these situations.
Are you able to tell if your monitor is on? I know it sounds silly, but my monitor sometimes doesn’t wake up after sleep. Could be worth checking again.
I totally get how you feel! I usually save often, but I’ve had those moments too. If it's not working now, maybe it's time to give it a break and try restarting it later.
