I'm having a major issue with my PC. It keeps getting stuck on the AsRock logo during startup, and the loading circle isn't moving at all. I'm not sure what steps I can take to fix this. Any advice would be really appreciated!

First off, we need more details about what happened before this issue. Have you tried unplugging your PC and plugging it back in? Sometimes a simple reset can help. Also, check if the BIOS is up to date, especially if you're using a Ryzen CPU. It can be a hassle to update BIOS, but if that’s the problem, you’ll need to download the latest version onto a USB and follow the motherboard’s guide to install it.
How long has it been stuck on the logo? If it's only been a few minutes, it might just be training the memory, especially if you have a lot of RAM. However, if it’s been stuck for over 20 minutes, that’s unusual. Make sure the connections are secure and maybe try resetting the CMOS to see if that helps
Yeah, I already reset the CMOS battery, but it didn't change anything.
